And img2.jpg is how it looks in Gerber Viewer
Is this correct?
To me, gerber viewer seems wrong, it looks rectangular form and not polygonal one.

Try to put the board outline in Dimension(20 layer), then generate the gerber 
and did you board outline in Dimension (20 layer)?
