No tracking information and no reply from support

Since it is close to the Christmas, the shipping time is longer than normal. And it’s harder for us to get the useful information from the carrier than usual. However, we are trying the different carriers to seek a solution. In future, we plan to build a offshore warehouse and expand our distribution network to make you guys get our products easier.
