I ordered a PCB online and immediately noticed a mistake in my submission and requested to cancel it. As I don’t know how long it will take me to resolve my issue, I asked for an immediate refund. I heard nothing back. I have used three eMail addresses (info@, order@, pcb@) over the last 5 days in order to get some sort of response from Seeed to my request, but nothing has been forthcoming.
What do I have to do to get any kind of response from Seeed?
I’ve been very happy with Seeed in the past and so this lack of customer support came as a big surprise to me.

Just to confirm that Seeed saw me right. I got a full refund without any problems. The rreason for the lack of response was due to a system problem, which has now been rectified.
