I want to complain because I received no confirmation email about my order and I don’t know how to follow the delivery. I paid for a DHL delivery (more than $21), but the service doest not met the quality I can expect : I have no information and no replies to the emails I sent.
I only know that my bank account was debited.
DHL is 1-3 working days, but the order was done 10 days ago, and I received nothing :
no product, no email, no phone call, NOTHING.
