No connection error for 110061284

Hi Seeed Team,

Thank you for your support.

I got the customer has error for solar sensor communication.

!

It didn’t I2C (Solar sensor) device didn’t verify Base Hat (It didn’t detect I2C).

The customer think Sensor is defect.
He try running farmbeats-datastreamer’s main.py,
Error message is appear like this below.

unlightSensor.setup: Please check if the I2C device insert in I2C of Base Hat

SunlightSensor.read: ‘NoneType’ object has no attribute ‘ReadVisible’

I don’t know sensor’s initial fialure or He needs to install some program before or not.

Can you give some advice?

How about checking if the sensor can be recognized using the i2cdetect -y 1 command?

i2cdetect -y 1 command was verified.

The customer is requesting
*Can you send the data which is in the MicroSD?

He could be mistake when setting during program setting which is able to get Rate from each sensor.

The customer replied now error is solved.
Thank you so much!

But…, Still has issue to get data for excel. (Manual explained It can use right away after connecting.)But, it won’t.

And also, We can read Sensor Rate. But we can’t get that data.

Can you let us know how to set up or manual for this type of situation?

It seems like port wasn’t settled.
