Nano Not Recognized by PC

Hi,

I just got my Nano and the first thing I wanted to do was put the latest BenF firmware on since that seems to be what everyone recommends. I found the directions and held down the down arrow and powered it on while connected to USB. It came up and was detected and showed up in DfuSe Demo. I chose the APP .dfu file and hit the upgrade button. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to install the other .dfu file or not since I read past the line that says to install both files… So, I rebooted the device. Now I’m unable to get the device to be detected by the PC again so I can install the other file. Windows says “USB Device Not Recognized”… Please help. I have a brand new Nano that I haven’t even made my first measurement with and now I can’t get past the logo during bootup.

Thanks,

Ian
