My Wio Tracker 1110 Dev Board does not show up as usb, it just flashes green light

I got Wio Tracker 1110 Dev Board. when I plug it in, it just flashes the green light (Charge Status Led). it doesn’t show up as usb. I tried different usb cables, and different computers.
The previous owner said that he tried to update it with meshtasic firmware, after which the board stopped working.

I managed to hang up a T1000-E like that, but if you can remove power, I thought something like the Tracker board would be easy to recover. Does it have a battery attached? Does the green light just flash once or does it pulse? (Meshtastic boots and starts the radio on some devices and the light pulses or breathes in this mode.) What OS are you using? On Windows, you should be able to see the device in device manager if it connects, (although it might show an error and then not load the USB serial driver.)

The green indicator is pulsing. The battery is not connected. I use Windows OS. No new devices appear in the Device Manager. I tried to connect a usb type-c -type-c cable to an android phone, as esp32 devices did before, the phone also did not determine that something was connected to it, although the green indicator on the board was flashing again.

I have a st-link v2 jtag programmer. and I found the swclk swdio nrst and gnd contacts on the board. If there was a firmware for jtag, maybe I could put it there?
