When I received my DSO Nano V2, my 2 cable probes are mono(jack 1/8). On the picture or videos which I saw on Internet, the probe(jack 1/8) are stereo. Is what that changes something?

The NANO is mono jack, so no matter what probe you use with. Just plug in is work.
