Motor Cape for LEDs?

I am trying to control and dim several LED strips. They are 12V and controllable via PWM. Would the Motor Cape be good for that?



Also, are the Motor Capes stackable?

Normally we use http://wiki.seeedstudio.com/Grove-LED_Strip_Driver/ to control the led strips. it uses the clk and dio to control the leds. we do not use the motor capes for the led strips before. the motor cape i2c address can not be configurable and it can not be stacked. thanks.
