Missing item from order

Of the 12 orders I’ve placed with Seeedstudio over the last 5 years, 3 of which had items missing. The earlier cases were promptly resolved, but that is not the case now.

Contacted their customer service about the missing RFID tags from my order and their only reply was that the item was scanned and recorded in their system. No reply since, and that was 2 days ago.

Really disappointing.

Received reply on the 13th (Sun). Waiting for replacements.
