Low Quality of Probes?

After using the DSO Quad for a couple of hours, both probes did not work anymore. Both have loose contact and on one the small connection wire in the plug is broken.
Are they of such a bad quality or are only mine such bad? Could you please send me new ones?
With the rest of the DSO Quad I am very happy!

hmm mine are fine so far but you are making me worried about un-plugging and re-plugging them too much

I’m quite impressed with how snug they are right now

I only un-plugged and re-plugged them around 5 times to check if all inputs work correctly…
