I’ve been attracted by the form factor of this dev kit and in love with the idea to play with an nrf52840
I am trying to achieve very low power BLE (kind of a beacon usage, where the device runs only to advertise and reacts to connects).
I have been reading about it here.
Some stuff is obvious (although due to the many incarnations of the Arduino core it’s hard to say what to expect).
I can fire up a public project on github if there is enough interest, it seems like it’s a pretty common usage case and the number one reason for purchasing this device.
I’ve been also playing with the Arduino Nano BLE which has a jumper to disable the very expensive LDO on board.
Who wants to join? Hopefully we can get help from Seeed R&D engineers.
