Lora-e5 can't connect via usb

Hi,
I have 2 devices here Lora-e5 dev board.
i tried to connect via usb-c to start programming them.
but i can’t connect in any way. I also tried via the serial to interact with the AT commands, but nothing, both devices don’t work

Could it be a driver problem?

I don’t know what to do, these two cards are totally useless if I can’t connect with stm32Cube
