Looking for a way to harvest electricity from a microbiologic fuel cell that generates about .6 volts and store it in a supercapacitors and or attach other devices such as solar cells or Windcell maker. Would this controller be able to charge a supercapacitor instead of a battery. The goal is to combine several sources of power and develop a device that could power a netbook computer.

It cannot start charge with 0.6v input.
Input range is: 4.8~6V.
