Can the H68K pick up my phone’s mobile hotspot and share the connection to other devices via LAN ports on the H68K? Thanks for your time to help clarify or say it cant do what I’m curios about.

Please note that technology and product offerings can change over time, so if “H68K” is a new device or standard, it’s possible that additional features or limitations may apply.
However, it is not feasible to change the default expiration time for a Web Notification message because Airship does not control this expiration; rather, the push platform does.

I do a similar thing with the Pfsence box I have, When the Xfinity link goes upside down, It fails over to the Mobile I have Generating a Tethered WiFi HotSpot Data connection and Pfsense uses that route for ALL. works extremely well.
