Linkit smart 7688 factory reset problem

Hi,

I am working on Linkit smart 7688. I am trying to do factory reset of my linkit for reconfiguration with network. For that, I hold wifi button for 20 second continuously then release it.

But it is not going into default mode. Also both power LED and wifi LED turn ON steady.

Please help me for reconfiguration of linkit smart 7622 as soon as possible.

Single press, long press, or quick tap a few times.
