@Bruce.Qin Can you provide the part number of the memory modules used in the Odyssey X86 Blue J4125? Can you post a picture of where the modules are on the board and their solder points?

The memory is solderd on the board under the heat-sink. There will be slight differences between different batches, Samsung or Hynix.
While your emoji has joy, I do not. I purchased a product that doesn’t work and I am trying to figure out what my options are since it is so difficult to ship back to the company. I am trying to figure out the cost of replacing the memory. If you could give me an example model from either Samsung of Hynix, I could search for a seller and figure out the cost.
I just paid a ridiculous amount of money to send in my repair.
