I have ordered a four layer PCB to the Seeed PCBA service. I have got a DFA review in the excel form.
The DFA has found there are some Blind vias, which cost more and also add complexity to the design.
Hence, I replaced them with microvias. The team has suggested that I replace all the vias with through hole vias. For my design it won’t be possible because, I have a four layer board, and to connect to inner two layers I have to use some kind of vias(microvias in this case).
So what should I do to close this DFA issue?
