Is the Music Shield 2.0 available?

I found a reference to the music shield 2.0 on the wiki, but no other reference to it. I cannot find it in the bazaar. Is it being sold yet? It is definitely a different product form the 1.0 music shield that shows up in the bazaar for sale.
