Is the Grove Dust Sensor compatible to the LinkIt One board

I would like to ask if the Grove Dust Sensor: SEN12291P is directly interfaceable to the LinkIt One board? I saw that its also included on the Grove Starter Kit for the LinkIt One
but the datasheet shows that its voltage output is 4v and is beyond the 3.3v limit of the
LinkIt One GPIO. I would like to have some clarifications regarding this, thank you!

There are voltage converters for each digital IO pins. The digital IO output is 3.3V level, but the input voltage could be less than 5V. So Grove Dust sensor could be used with Linkit ONE directly even it’s 4V level.
