Is Solar Charger Shield superseded by Energy Shield?

It is a conceptual (but trivial) question: everything Solar Charger Shield can do can be done by Energy Shield???
If it’s so…then, I don’t understand the meaning of the existence of Solar Charger Shield.

It depends on the purpose and expenditure.Energy shield is not meant to suppress solar charger shield.
