is a MicroSD Mod possible?

Hi,

i plan to buy a DSO 203 (quad).

And I would like to know if it is possible to solder a microSD slot on the Mainboard of the DSO 203 and mod the firmware so that it will work like in a DSO 202?

I’d see if you can find an image of the board. My guess is that it’s pretty tight inside the unit.

I’m kind of surprised they didn’t include a microSD slot, even if the functionality wasn’t programmed in right away.

the DSO Quad has a USB disk(2M) for firmware upgrading and saving the waveform. it is more convenient than sd card i think although a bit small.
