I have just received some PCB’s from your service and the boards are absolutely
perfect, good job. But unfortunately I was charged a DHL shipping cost for 2.16 Kg
when in fact the package only weighed .5 Kg. Now the Lame Ass part of this is when I contacted SEEED customer service and told them of this fact they (as they always seem to)
say it’s the software, and there is nothing we can do about it. It seems such a shame that
something as stupid as this should tarnish your companies reputation, the really tough
part is making great PCB’s not issuing refunds or credit toward future orders.
If customer service is so bad why bother to have it at all!
