If battery is connected, software not running

Hi,
we have a problem with the batter of the Wio Tracker - GPS, BT3.0, GSM

When we connect the battery to SOME boards (not all boards), the software hangs. No way to reset with the button. The only way to make it work is remove the battery (we have tried with different batteries and different boards).

The problem do NEVER arise in case of connection with USB Cable or if the battery is absent.

I have to say that with a simple demo software the problem do not arise. So I wonder if it’s a problem of ORDER of witching on things, or resetting something at startup…

Is there a way to solve this? Is there a trick of order of loading things which might help?

the code is quite complex, how do I give it to you? I’ve got a git repository., if you want I can share it with you in private.

The hw connection is quite simple, how do you want to see it?
