How to weld XIAO to a baseboard with the round pads in the backside also connected?

Hi community! Sorry for this stupid question, but I really can not find any related guides. I am designing a hobby project for myself and I want to put XIAO nrf52840 onto a baseboard. I plan to just weld them, but I don’t know how can I weld the BAT+/- (at the back side of XIAO board, also with nfc pads) pads at the same time? Or is this not one of the recommend practices? Thanks!

Welcome! good question! they should do a tutorial about that… I will wait and let PJGlasso comment i think he has tried this… stay tuned!

yes please do! It takes a village…

Hello community, here is my progress. In short @PJ_Glasso 's method works pretty well.
Vias are added in the pads. I first solder the pads at both edges, and then the BAT pads (vias) from back. The holes seem a little bit too small, but still, the circuit works after soldering. (I wanted to put a picture of my board in this post but it seems I’m not allowed to do that for now according to this forum’s rules.)
Thank you @PJ_Glasso @cgwaltney !
