The user manual says that there is a sample program, but the link is for the DIO sample program.
When I contacted support, they replied that there was an RS232_RS485_CAN.zip file, but no download location was provided.

Can you show me a screenshot? I didn’t see this in the EdgeLogix user manual (maybe I missed it but I read it twice).
See “3.9.4 Example Demo of the Communication Ports” page 28 of the user manual.
I also received a link from the Technical Support Team.
However, some parts of this sample do not work properly.
