How to make a real-time MIDI instrument with MusicShieldV2.0？

Hello everyone,
I’m a college student, I need to do a graduation design, using MusicShieldV2.0,Arduino UNO and some Button to make a real-time MIDI Instruments, but I can’t find any tutorials or some cases to reference, plz help me!!!
