Anyone have the camera pin mappings for the ov3660? I want to switch my project from ov2640 to ov3660

Itā€™s the same standard camera connector. No changes required in hardware. Just software

And you donā€™t even HAVE to make any software changes. The Ov2640 resolutions will work on Ov3660 but you have the option to go to 3mb pixel if you want to.
The main benefit of Ov3660 is that it can be put to sleep and will wake up again saving considerable power.

Very interesting. My code does not work at all with ov3660, nor do any of the esp32 examples (such as camera web server). Maybe I received a defective ov3660ā€¦thanks guys for the info

Have you guys had success running the ov3660 and getting to work on v 3.3.0 of the esp32 libraries by espressif? I can only get it working on 3.0.7 as the most recent build

Hello! @kevin.yang.live May I ask if it is possible for you to sell a hardware solution with only the ESP32S3 Sense expansion board (with the mic & SD card slot, etc.) but without the camera and the major sense board? This way, users like us will be able to choose any camera by switching to other modules without wasting the camera that comes by defaultā€¦ I also have a project going on that might need 100s of these later, but I might need all of them to be fish-eye cameraā€¦ I believe Iā€™m not the only one whoā€™s concerned about this issue, and I feel it might not be (?) hard for you to make the Sense expansion board a single product. It can be a great deal with a large group of users!

So , they do offer the S3 SKU# that is with the B2B connector so you could order those, and then Hit up Seeed Fusion Services for a Run of #custom Sense boards and leave the connector for camera off and saving some dough :grin: :+1:

100 pcs, is a breeze for them.

Thank you! I explored a bit but as a newbie I donā€™t really know what to do with Seeed Fusion Services for now, but Iā€™ll keep that in mind and come back for it later! I did make some progress on my project though. Thank you again for the info!
