How to display the text on groves E-ink display

Hi,

I have Grove - Triple Color E-Ink Display 2.13" .I want to display the text rather than image. the texts characters(both letters and numbers) are change often . So let me know how to convert the text into hex values without using Image2LCD software.

We usually write the text to the image first through the image editing software, such as Photoshop.It is then converted to an array for display through Image2LCD.
