I’ve placed an order for 4 different PCB last week. There was a problem with the drill files. They were not delivered in a good format. I’ve received a mail to alert me on those file problems. I’ve replied to the sender of that mail to send the correct files. Since that, I have no answer from Seeedstudio to confirm that the files are OK or not and if the production has restarted or not.
I’ve sent three mails since last monday to get a confirmation that the drill files are now OK (I’ve added firstname.lastname@example.org in copy of the mails) but still without success. There is no reply from their side. What is the better way to contact seeedstudio? Is there a way to get the status of an order?
