I had made a project using seeed xiao esp32c3. I had connect the battery to it using the backside pins now i wanted to hiw to charge the battery again please help me.

is this the only other way, with out using an external BMS?
I thought I’d be able to connect directly to the board, a USB 5v input, 1A to 3A’s, using the VBUS and GND.

“Yes” The battery will be recharged by the onboard charge controller, if the USB-C is connected.
I would look to the schematic and see if connecting the 5V source directly to Pin VCC(5V) of Xiao
will work as long as NO other usb device is plugged in.
