How do I hook up USB ISP Programmer to Rainbowduino?

Hi, I bought the USB ISP Programmer that Seeed sells here: seeedstudio.com/depot/atmel- … l?cPath=11

It comes with a 10 pin to 6 pin converter. I line up the arrows on the cable. On the Rainbowduino, pin 1 is in the bottom right corner. However there is no way I can plug in this cable to get the red wire to be on pin 1.

I’m only used Arduino’s with USB onboard so this is all new territory for me.

There is a IPS interface on the Rainbowduino and you can hoop it up to the programer.

but you can not use Arduino IDE to download the code.
