Does anyone have a source on a high brightness 8 X 8 60.5 X 60.5 Red/Green Led Matrix?

Like item Model: LED204A5B that Seeedstudio sells?

It would be identical except no blue.

Sorry,I found it but it is only 12 mcd and the Super Bright is 70 to
80 mcd.
