Hi How can the seeedstudio v4.2 enter the DFU mode?

I try to make-a-Arduino-HID-Keyboard. There is need to have the mega16u into DFU mode for the hex to upload by FLIP but unlike the UNO R3 there is no DFU pin I can do. Any Idea please?

Any progress on this? Likely need to do the same thing to my v4.2
