grove ultrasonic ranger

I’ve just buy and test grove ultrasonic ranger. I’ve test it with the sketch UltrasonicDisplayOnTerm give in Examples with the library. The captor seem work but there is often erratic value of measures. Especially in the range of 30 to 50cm where the result is generaly near 800cm!
It is normal or my grove ultrasonic ranger have a problem?

can you post the code you used. let me take a look at it. max range is expected to be 400cm

I’ve find a solution. In the Example sketch, the ultrasonic captor is used to make a measure in Inches and just after it is used to make a measure in centimeter. I just delete the measure in inches and the measure is allways good now.
I think that used the captor 2 times without delay is too fast for the capteur. So, it would be good if the author of the library change Example sketch or the library code.
