Grove shield for microbit availability

Hi

I’m keen to buy some Grove shields for microbit - but they are currently out of stock. Does anyone know if this is just a temporary thing - or are these shields being redeveloped given the recent release of version 2 of the microbit?

The Grove shields for microbit is EOL now, not just a temporary out of stock.
Suggest you purchase Grove shields for microbit V2 for your teaching plan.

Thanks for your reply. I was aware that the original Grove Shield for micro:bit is EOL and my question was actually about the Grove Shield for micro:bit V2 (the link and SKU are for this product). It is currently out of stock and I’d like to know if it will be back in stock at some stage. And if so, is there is an approximate date for when this is likely to be.

Accessories that make use of the large ring pins, should be unaffected by this revision.
The edge connector should be completely compatible electrically; The latest revision has one additional non-shared GPIO, all other pins and in modes are compatible.
