How can I set the Grove LED Bar to use another port? I would like to use multiple LED bars, but they seem to be tied to port 8. Thanks,

When use another port to connect LED bar, you need to change the line 25~31 in LED_Bar.cpp file. Before change, you need see the microcontroller schematic. Here is a example for your reference:
