Grove Color Sensor

Hello,

I just received the Grove color sensor boards I ordered ( seeedstudio.com/depot/grove- … th=144_148 ).
Now I am wondering if I can use them on the 5V serial interface of my Arduino Mega 2560 directly. The datasheet of the TCS3414CS sensor chip states it takes 3.6V at maximum. So, does the color sensor board allow for 5V on the serial line?
