Grid alignment and VIA

Hi

Can wire, via, drill and components be unaligned on “eagle” grid for Fusion PCB Service ?
If no, what’s the minimal grid size ?

With Eagle can I just add VIA between two ground planes using the VIA button ?

Hi,
The minimum grid size is 0.25mm*0.25mm.

yes, you can add via between 2 ground planes use via button.
