GPRS Shield without antena and bad soldier sim900 pins?

Hi,

I have received my GPRS Shield (SLD33149P), but it arrived without antenna. Is it normal? Have I buy it separated?

I have one question, I checked my shield and SIM900 has two pins soldered together (near from “VBAT” text). Is it right? (image attached)

Sorry for the missing part, we will resend it to you.
For the VBat pins soldering problem, they are connective on the board.

May I have some way to improvise one temporary antenna and start to use this board?

How long the wire of antenna have to be?
