I’ve bought this products together after reading seeedstudio.com/wiki/GPRS_Shield_V2.0 “Compatible with standard Arduino and Arduino Mega”.
But it is not working! Pin 7->10 and pin 8->11 sounds not good, as it will not be correct compatible shield for this arduino. Besides, there is no info about how to switch to hardware mode and do not make pins crossing.
serial mode jumpers looks like:

maybe switching to hardware mode will help…
Is there any way not to cross pins? Thank you
