Fusion PCB Panelizing

Hi everyone! I’de like to do panelizing, Which layer should be silkscreen for this in Eagle CAD ? I think - this is Milling. What should be the width of the silkscreen? The maximum number of sub-boards are not more than five? If my board is very small for example 11.2x8.4mm , it would be ok? Thanks -)))

Hi,
For silkscreen, it should be on either GTO or GBO. But please make sure the silkscreen is reflected on the bottom side (GBO). For more information, please go to seeedstudio.com/service/index.php?r=site/faq.

For panelizing, sorry for the inconvenience, the sub-boards should only be separated by the silkscreen. Using any holes or slots to separate the sub-boards is not permitted. we know that it is not convenient at all and we are still trying to convince the manufacturer and make it happen. For more information, please go to seeedstudio.com/service/inde … cification.

Minimum silkscreen width is 0.1524mm (6 mil). For more information, please go to seeedstudio.com/service/inde … cification.

It is ok that have more than 5 sub-boards as long as their sizes are less than 30cm *30cm all together.

the minimum board we can make is 20mm20mm. if your board is 11.28.4mm, i may try to help you offline.

Thanks!
