Flashing Emmc Jetson nano Failed

Hey Peeps i need some urgent help regrading flashing my Jetson Nano devkit emmc on J101 board i am following seed studio documentation but i am totally stuck and exhausted

i tried both ways by cmd line and by sdkmanager got stuck at 99.50 percent (which is very frustrating again)
i have VM Virtual Box with 18.04 ubuntu as a host machine

Don’t use a VM when flashing Jetpack for the J101 carrier board, use a Linux host

Are you able to access the Jetson Nano devkit through other means, such as SSH?
