ESP32C3 or XIAO nRF52840 (Sense) use bluetooth send data to arduino uno r4 ，is it possible

i want to do a project which want to use ESP32C3 or XIAO nRF52840 (Sense) bluetooth send data to arduino uno r4 ，but it seems can’t do as service, do you have some advice or example. finally i would gather data from ESP32C3 and arduino uno r4 ,then send to cloud with the help of 4g

I googled the Above and YES you can do that , Tell more or be more specific , but Both Xiao units will do BLE and the C3 can connect to a 3 or 4G Network via a HotSpot or Tethered cell phone. both work well for Internet access to the Xiao’s

just do away with the arduino and just go with the esp’s
