Esp32c3 connecting an W5500 breakout

Hi,
I’d like to connect an W5500 breakout (the small one) to the xiao esp32c3. Is that going to work out as in the drawing? Or did I do something wrong there?

D4/5/6 are used for a shift expander. No i2c or serial connection there.

I have these on hand, Where is the code or a Picture of your setup.
let’s see. Should work easy enough, What’s you end goal? Web server , DHCP server?
