DSO Nano V3 USB Connectivity Problem

Hey everyone,

Just bought the DSO Nano V3 to calibrate some synthesizers and while reading the manual I wanted to update it right away. I’d like to do the BenF hex file but every time I connect the device to my Macbook it just constantly appears and disappears on the desktop. Is this a fault with the product or is it only compatible with PCs?

Well, just connected the DSO Nano to my roommates Windows 7 machine and it worked fine. I managed to update to the BenF firmware with no problems. Looks like these devices are not Mac friendly… Hope this helps others.
