I was given a dso nano v3 as a gift , the one I have has two 3.5mm jacks on the side one in one out… I have seen ones with a different style connector at the bottom not sure what it is called… ( a larger connector) is there an adapter that will plug into the 3.5mm jack and allow you to use the larger style connector? and if so where can it be obtained?
thanks
Simon
Hi, I have this adapter and it allows me to use standard BNC probes <LINK_TEXT text=“https://www.adorama.com/raapp20.html?gc … G5EALw_wcB”>https://www.adorama.com/raapp20.html?gclid=Cj0KCQiA37HhBRC8ARIsAPWoO0x-6u7YyWUjJan8QoPh-WYR1O8M2RWG2rV-xUuUJlDlsoLFU4Fedr4aAvG5EALw_wcB</LINK_TEXT>
I also have this adapter thats useful <LINK_TEXT text=“https://www.banggood.com/1Pcs-BNC-Male- … rehouse=CN”>https://www.banggood.com/1Pcs-BNC-Male-Plug-To-Two-Dual-Banana-Jack-RF-Adapter-Connector-p-960828.html?rmmds=buy&cur_warehouse=CN</LINK_TEXT>
Fyi, Remember to NEVER EVER insert or remove the 3.5mm plug/probes from the DSO with probes connected to a device under test. It shorts out the probes inside the DSO 3.5 socket. I have burned out a motherboard fan pwm driver this way.
