Trigger level is set as a percentage of full scale, so yes it will change in absolute value with change of V/Div. Trigger sensitivity is explained in the referenced videos, but you may want to set it to zero to keep it simple.

Your calibration figures seem way off and may need some attention. Are you using the probes that came with the Nano?

The calibration procedure is documented as follows:

First step is to configure the DSO Nano for voltage measurements. Select AUTO trigger mode, T/Div 100us and Vavg as active measurement. Then choose the V/Div you want to calibrate. Apply ground level to the input probe and choose menu group OT and sub option “Cal Offs” to calibrate ground offset. Use left/right arrow and adjust offset until you have a zero Vavg voltage reading. Then apply a known DC voltage reference to the input probe and use sub option “Cal Gain” to calibrate gain. Use left/right arrow and adjust gain until you have a Vavg reading that match your input voltage reference.
