Does the revisions.txt file or the readme.txt file indicate IAR 6.1 port in your latest released version (V3.11 ported (v3.13)) or more importantly does the current version file name that you provided to Seeed indicate IAR 6.1?

Both APP and LIB version info is updated to 3.13 and Revisions.txt spell out that this is a port to IAR 6.1 (the latest and greatest available from IAR at the time).
