Display blinks on low trigger rate

Hi my name is Roni,

Device: DSO QUAD
SETUP:
Trigger mode:Normal
Time base: 20us

When I use it on “Normal” trigger mode, and input signal lower then 25Hz, the display blinks.
It seems like if a new trigger does not arrive, the display is cleared.
I work with a 10Hz signal, and I want to see a stable display.
Is there anything I can do ?

Dear customer,

Might be the time domain problem, try to change it.
If still blinking, please provide more information, photo is the best.
